职位描述：

We as Dutch (Holland) trading company (Van Dijk Art NL), would like to hire full time account/finance manager, for our Shanghai branch, which is located in West Yan An road/Pan Yu Road.

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for finance & Export operations

Fully knowledge on generating invoices and handle incoming invoices

Create clear view balance books.

Regularly check the company finance balances and generate clear overview to HQ

Fully knowledge and experienced on the export required documentations

Master Tax returns documents and provide them to the Tax Authorities.

Follow up the Tax return funds with clear tax balances

Experiences with accounting and finance operations

At least 3-5 years experienced in this field.

Carry the required certifications to be accepted by tax authorities.

Knowledge Monthly Accounting

Statutory yearly report. And other work related finance work

Personal Requirements:

Work history (back ground) in trading company with international activities.

Strong personality and careful in organizing documentations with no errors.

Good speaking English language in oral and writing to enhance the communications.

Have good communication and discussion skills to present the issues in understandable manner, by our management and by Tax authority's to give good impression on the company.

Standalone personality

Flexible in working time due 6/7 hours time differences with Holland.

Dynamics behavior and full energy to challenge.
