Key Responsibilities
Operations and DC management
To manage the operation functions in the VF CDC
To achieve the day to day operation KPI’s for DC operations
Lead SOP development
People management
- Daily work force management
- Job orientation and training for team leaders
KPI management
- To assist operation manager in business planning
- To work with the planning department to determine and implement the daily, weekly, and monthly plans
- To monitor daily operations, notify bottlenecks, and take corrective action
- To monitor number of headcount base on budget and seasonality requirement
- To deliver functional productivity target and planned working hours base on operational plan
- Inventory management, to ensure inventory accuracy

Job Qualification
Education Level
- Bachelor/College Degree or High School Diploma in Management, Logistics, Engineering or proven substantial sizable DC operations experience (Preference will give to those qualified candidates experienced in FW/ APP/ EQ DC operations)
Work experience
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in DC operations or Supply Chain in first line supervisory roll
Personal Character
- Analytical Thinking: understands a situation by breaking it apart into smaller pieces, or tracing the implications of a situation in a step-by-step manner
- Initiative: Proactively take action, result orientation, and thinking about future actions
- Team Leadership: has the intention to take a role as a leader
- Quality Tools and Measures: can systematically apply quality tools and measures to continuously improve customer satisfaction and productivity
- Directiveness: has the intent to make others comply with one’s wishes where personal power or the power of one’s position is used appropriately and effectively, with the long-term good of the organization in mind
