Job Description
Retail D’sign Factory is looking to recruit confident and successful salespeople to join our team based in Shanghai.

 The role will focus on indentifying new opportunities to increase business as well as developing and growing revenue with existing clients.

Experienced in selling FMCG, ideally within floor care and kitchen appliances, you will report directly to the CEO.

You will be responsible to achieve business growth objectives, develop, implement and execute sales strategic programs and actions.
 
The job will entail:
1.Creating, developing, managing and closing sales.
2.Managing, developing and retaining a portfolio of existing clients.
3.Supporting operational departments (Sourcing/Quality Control/Artwork/Finance) for sales activities.
4.Working on products selection, update the sales tools including website/brochures/catalogues.
5.Prepare sales relevant documents (Update Sales ERP section/commodity price/special PI/Sourcing request).
6.Developing and improve market entry strategies for a variety of new businesses opportunities in emergent markets.

Desired Skills & Experience
1.3-4years experience in FMCG (preferably in Home appliances).
2.Measurable achievement in B2B business development.
3.Excellent communication skills both in person and by phone.
4.Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian could be an asset).
5.Indian nationality is a real plus.
6.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERPs.
7.Excellent presentation ability with demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills.
8.Self-motivated with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
