职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Description :

1.作为厨房的一员负责烹饪准备工作，备餐以及协助提供餐食摆设等。创造以围绕品牌精
    神及五大核心价值观（信任，正值，相互尊重，团队精神，服务他人）的良好工作环境.
2.掌握职业健康及安全方面的政策法规及工作流程，以保证本人在职业健康级安全规程柜架内安全地开展各项工作
3.具备遵守职业健康及安全法律，政策及规章意识
4.熟悉有关财产安全，紧急救助，消防和其他危机事件的处理方案，并能够安全有效使用相关设备

1.Prepares mise en place and food preparation and assists with food presentation as part of the kitchen brigade.Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust,Integrity Respect One Team and Service of the Company and the brand ethos
2.Demonstrate awareness of Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and with in Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and ensure your direst reports do the same
3.Be aware of duty of care and adhrer to OH&S legislation policies and procedures
4.Be familiar with property safety first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly

3. 有上进心及良好的心态和态度
4. 1年或更长的同岗位西餐厅或酒店工作经历优先考虑
5. 工作努力、积极，能够高效率的完成日常工作

2. Enthusiastic, courteous & helpful to colleagues & customers
3. has positive ambition and very good attitude
4. Give priority to a candidate who above 1 year experience at same position in western restaurant /Hotels
5. hard working, proactive, could finish daily work efficiently
