职位描述：

This position is to provide molding/manufacturing techinical support to production mainly injection molding process.and coach and conduct others to problem solving.

Job Accountablilities

1.Develop or optimize functions of the machines,the tools, the material and the process in order to improve machine capability and productivity, Be able to review machine & tools & Molding EQDC results to drive down time

Make sure the molding process is under control and play a key role in the team on resolving the safety and/or quality issues on the injection molding production.

2.Find out the root cause of process variation, Determine/decide the right solution/way from several options (tools, technologies, etc.) to solve the problem, Share the troubleshooting lessons learnt to others (within team or management team) and maintain lesson-learn database, find out potential issues/opportunities from reports, data and evidence.

3.Be a trainer or coach others for Southco manufacturing cost structure, ICE system & Form 0001 & SAP CE module, lead DFM/DFA analysis and provide solution to optimize the product design or process design, Able to design tools (fixtures, device, gauges, jigs. testers. etc.) Conduct cost estimate for the molding parts, Maintain Mattec & Symix system for BOM& Routing.

4.Work with the tooling engineer & NPD process engineer in new tooling design evaluation, and tooling qualification.

5.Define and develop new process/line/system independently, Lead a team to achieve tech transfer target and results.

Minimun Requirements

1.Bachelor of Material/Plastics Engineering or related Engineering.

2.Minimum 6 years' working experience in the molding area with multi-national companies.

3.Good knowledge and practice of injection molding process developing and control.

4.Understand ISO90001, TS16949 , PFMEA, PPAP, Molding process optimization etc.

5.A good team player with good interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills.

6.Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred.

7.Engineer Certifiacte preferred.
