Job Summary

This high impact role assures that products manufactured comply with Customer quality requirements, operating procedures, and other applicable regulations. The incumbent will supervise the direct processing of materials and the associated hourly workforce to ensure compliance and realize business results. Take lead of continuous improvement project to implement strategy framework scope on shop floor.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
? Typically 5+ years working experience in an electrical/electronic or mechanical production, manufacturing engineering or quality field. Demonstrate knowledge of production principle, cross function understanding and frontline leadership experience. Strong communication and passion for learning. BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
? Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or other related technical degree.
? Lean-Six Sigma background preferred
? Engineering (mechanical and electrical ) background desirable
? Good English communication skills (writing and reading specially)
? Project management experience preferred
? Computer Skills:
? To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software
