Brief Description
SINOQUALIS is a trading and services company that is focusing on the development and manufacturing of electro-mechanical
products. The company is developing and is looking for new talent to support its operation in China.
Position Overview
As a Product development manager, you will be responsible for the definition, design and manufacturing of new products. You will
be able to understand each project specifications and manufacturing challenges and give support for manufacturing solutions.
Essential Job Functions
？ Understand new product’s functions and application and create the adequate specifications sheets
？ Based on specs sheets, present design guidelines for product manufacturing
？ Manage RFQs to estimate cost
？ Estimate risks and challenges related to each new project and provide guidelines to operate a smooth development
？ Understand technical drawings and give support for manufacturing design
？ Define quality control requirements, create quality control sheets.
？ Ensure the creation or existence of necessary product certificates
？ Be responsible for quality incident reporting, coordination and facilitation.
？ Factory auditing
？ Drive work to completion, seek out gray areas which need attention, and eliminate issues impacting progress
？ Proactively troubleshoots issues regarding quality, technical construction and overall project planning.
Non-essential Job Functions
？ General Product Sourcing
？ On site Quality controls
？ Support to general manager for daily office activity
Requirements/ Skills
？ engineering degree in, mechanics, materials, electronics or industrial
？ Excellent written and spoken English,
？ Good Chinese skills
？ Control of CAD softwares, Experience with SOLIDWORKS Design
？ 1 years or more experience
？ Ready for frequent trips around China
？ Observer, meticulous and rigorous. You must be dynamic, open minded and curious so you can learn procedures and be
able to take new responsibilities.
？ Control of the office software
Salary: 12 000 –15 000 RMB / month
