职位描述：
Position Responsibility:
1) Process and/or verify CNY outward & inward payment cleared via CNAPS/BEPS/SMPS system & local clearing house ensuring day to day operations is in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulatory requirements;
2) Prepare and/or verify various CNY payment related regulatory reporting;
3) Resolve transaction exceptions or rejects;
4) Perform and/or verify ledger/statement account reconciliation;
5) Perform inquiries and research when required;
6) Responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of processors;
7) Cooperate & analyze CNY payment related program development;
8) Work with the team leader to review of system requirements and work procedures;
9) Escalate important issues to the team leader if any;
10) Provide coaching to junior staff;
11) Handle enquiries from external clients and stakeholders;
12) Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and control;
13) Back up to the other team member when necessary;
14) Other ad hoc duties as assigned by team leader.

Position Requirement:
1) College degree or above;
2) 3-5 years of working experience in banking/payment operations;
3) Proven experience of RMB payment;
4) Good understanding of internal controls and compliance in local regulations;
5) Detail oriented and methodical, good analytical skills;
6) Proactive, problem solving oriented with good working attitude, and willing to work under pressure;
7) Good inter-personal and communication skills;
8) Demonstrable self-motivation and initiation;
9) Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. 举报 分享
