Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor degree in electronic engineering, micro electronic engineering, communications engineering, automation engineering or related disciplines with experience in this field
- Good knowledge in the field of analog and digital electrical circuits (development, testing). Be able to verify and evaluate electrical circuits
- Candidates with working experience in the fields of in household appliances, computer industry, (cordless) power tools and/or garden tools, battery, charger and/or battery management systems (BMS) development or similar are preferred
- Basic knowledge of Li Ion charging technologies and a good understanding of battery safety concerns and possible dangers would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of programming (VC, JAVA…) would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years working experience
- Experience in project management would be desirable
- Fluent English oral and written language skills are required in international working environment.
- Independent and goal-oriented working habit
- Ability to problem-solving, proactive thinking and acting
- Very good organizational and communication skills

- Be very familiar with basic software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Tasks:
- Conception and support development projects (project management) of li ion battery platforms (pack and charger) together with external partners for power and garden tools from the first idea till first mass production.
- Follow strictly market developments in closed cooperation with the battery industry
- Communicate and coordinate battery projects frequently with our offices, third parties and suppliers in China, Germany and Australia
- Drafting and maintain quality and safety related requirements, specifications, tests and evaluations of the complete battery systems in regards to safety, quality and performance
-Technical support and closed cooperation of our internal departments (e.g. Product Management, Quality department and Purchasing) and suppliers
- Assure compliance with company policies, safety, environmental standards
