职位描述：
岗位名称：数据分析员
岗位职责：
1， 及时并准确的收集/录入销售数据。.
1） 每月配合总部及时完成流向收集/导入
2） 及时完成机构匹配/产品匹配
3） 确保SMS/Insight/原始流向的一致性

2， 主数据处理/维护。
1） 及时维护机构映射/产品映射
2） 及时维护机构编码库
3） 及时完成流向归档及登记
4） 及时完成工作文件信息归档

3， 给予部门其他团队支持。
1） 处理外部提出的机构匹配/验证需求
2） 收集/验证机构信息，并跟进维护
3） 收集客户转院信息
4） 其他临时工作的支持

4， 正确理解公司政策，确保部门内部/外部的有效沟通。
1） 及时处理销量申诉并完善申诉登记
2） 为区域销售/其他团队提供必要的分析/参考数据

任职资格：
1， 大专以上学历，有类似工作经历优先
2， 良好的计算机操作能力，优秀的Excel使用能力, 优秀的Excel使用技巧（熟练使用Vlookup,数据透视表和函数公式），熟悉Office软件中的Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件
3， 基本的数据分析能力
4， 良好的语言表达及沟通能力，具有独立分析和解决问题的能力
5， 工作认真仔细、责任心强，具备高度的敬业精神
6， 良好的团队协作精神
7， 良好的学习态度及适应能力，善于学习与创新 举报 分享
