Strategic Development
? Monitor and track category, competitors, key EC platforms/ retailers, and shopper trends, and
summarizes key insights. Provide EC development directions to EC partner to drive business growth.
? Develop strategic business plan that defines portfolio strategy, pricing strategy, and channel
strategy for EC business.
? Conduct annual/quarterly/monthly business review and analysis for various EC platforms, focusing
on T MALL and Jing Dong.
? Manage the P&Ls and deliver annual KPIs including but not limited to sales targets and trade
spending
Financial Management
? Develop media investment strategy to maximize ROI as part of the strategic planning process.
? Challenge status quo and constantly look for more efficient and effective ways to maximize return
on spending.
? Manage trade fund investments within budgeted levels while continuing to meet sales target.
? Understand the impact of product mix and pricing on overall profitability.
EC Business Operations
? Work with Marketing and EC partner to develop annual sales and marketing plans for key EC
Platforms/ retailers.
? Work with Marketing and EC partner to work out promotion plans for each key selling season by
key platform, drive flawless implementations, and conduct post program analysis.
? Conduct monthly business analysis/ business reviews, focusing on T Mall and Jing Dong, to
identify key business drivers, issues, and opportunities
Customer Relationship
? Work with regional Marketing/ EC partner to develop sales presentations and facilitate the sell in of
products and programs to key EC platforms during peak seasons.
? Work with EC partner to negotiate annual trade fund /promotional spending with accounts.
? Work with EC partner to manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
? Develop, nurture and build customer relationships at all levels.
Logistics Management
? Provide accurate and timely monthly sales FCST based on distribution expansion status, business
development progress, and sales programs
? Work with operation team to manage order processing and inventory level.
? Work with Operation to actively manage and deplete OSMI
? Play a key role in identifying and resolving supply, inventory and capacity issues.
