职位描述：
Main Purpose of the Job:
The successful incumbent should be responsible for reviewing financial data, analyzing financial results and consolidating financial data for China region. Also this role will be responsible for Shanghai Technical Center and Headquarter financial management reporting/analysis and annual budget.

Main Responsibilities:

? Review financial and management reports of the plants, ensure overall closing procedures are completed and properly documented, and financial data are timely and correctly prepared;
? Prepare consolidated financial and management reports for China Region;
? Analyse consolidation financial performance against budget and prior year, and support Head of Finance and Plant Finance Managers to identify reasons for variance and propose action plans accordingly;
? Prepare Shanghai Regional Headquarter and Technical Centre financial and management reports, analysis and annual budget;
? Support Regional Finance Manager to verify tax calculation of the plants to ensure compliance with tax regulations, and cooperate with plant finance managers to resolve tax related issues;
? Coordinate with ALPLA other plants for inter-company reconciliation and transaction, and prepare transfer price application and other financial information required by corporate finance
? Support Regional Finance Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures;
? Other tasks.

 
Education/Experience:
? University degree with major in accounting or relevant major in finance or economics;
? More than 6 years working experience with a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor level;

Qualifications/Skills:

? Good command of overall finance knowledges. Manufacturing costing experience is a plus;
? Detailed and practical knowledge of financial accounting / reporting;
? Good analytical skills in manufacturing business;
? Good knowledge in accounting system and excellent excel skill;
? Ability to work independently and initiatively;
? Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. 举报 分享
