职位描述：
Baselineis developing its own software platform to use both within our own business and also for use in the delivery of services to our customers. This includes a mobile data collection App for use at our customer’s facilities, automated data analysis and anomaly detection tools for our remote management services, as well as centralised reporting/dashboard tools and work order processing.
 
Our development stack includes:
? PHP (Drupal)
? Javascript (Appcelerator Titanium for mobile)
? Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn)
? Influxdb
? Grafana
? Many flavours of SQL servers (MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL)
? Git
 
You must have:
? Professionally fluent in English and Chinese
? A degree in a Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
 
Nice to have:
? Advanced MS Excel user
? Previous experience with big data, time series-based statistical and regression analysis
? Devops and deployment management

Baseline Technical Services provides engineering and sustainable development-based services to the operators and owners of commercial facilities in China. We ensure our customers’ building systems, including refrigeration, air-conditioning and lighting, are designed and installed correctly, and once installed, operate efficiently. We identify and resolve equipment breakdowns or performance issues that may arise during daily operation via our remote management system.
 
To achieve optimum performance of these systems, we have a team of on and off-site engineers that can be deployed to resolve issues identified via data analysis. We bring value to our customers through reductions in electricity consumption brought about by improvement in system design, optimization of control strategies, and implementation of energy efficiency measures.
 
Baseline also provides sustainability consulting services to help customers reduce their other environmental impacts.
