本岗位工作地点是江苏太仓

Responsibilities

- Analyses parts/components to achieve transparency about target Costing under TCO aspects

- Autonomous implementation of Should Cost Estimates for determining of Cost Savings

- Actively supports the Commodity team in negotiation with Suppliers to achieve best possible pricing

- Support of Customer Costing offers

- Conducting analysis of technical standards for manufacturing and ensure knowledge transfer to the appropriate faculty

- Participation in feasibility studies for Make vs Buy

- Further development of the Cost Engineering tools for efficient use

- Transfer of Cost Build up / Cost Structure knowledge for certain Commodities to Commodity Teams

- Ensures compliance with key figures and controlling of defined key figures in their area of responsibility

- Cross-departmental internal and external interface management

- Supports the Global team leader with Cost Engineering market analyses

- Helps define global Cost Engineering strategies by providing information

- Implements global Cost Engineering strategies in the geography

Skills (Qualifications)

- Bachelor’s degree, major in Technical/Mechanical;

- Min. 3 years work experience, in cost management area is preferred;

- Good understanding of manufacturing process of Mechanical parts;

- Team Work spirit, good communication and negotiation skills;

- Good English and MS Office skills;

- Willing to travel.
