1. Clarify the customer requirement, transfer customer requirement to design team and ensure the transparency of the requirement.
明确客户需求，确保需求的一致性。
2. Promote Hella product in China Market;
在中国市场推广海拉的产品。
3. Technical window between Customer, Hella, Tier one supplier and Tier two supplier during the product development;
在产品研发过程中作为海拉和客户、一级、二级供应商的技术接口。
4. Coordinate the internal design to full fill the customer requirement;
协调内部研发以满足客户的需求。
5. Collect the Marketing information and looking for the opportunity;
收集市场的需求，并寻找好的机会。
6. Transfer know-how of new product from Hella headquarter to Hella Shanghai;
从海拉总部掌握产品核心技术，并转移到内部团队。
7. Other job assigned by Department Manager
部门经理安排的其他工作

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering;
电子工程相关学士或以上学位。
2. At least 4 years electronic design experience in automotive body electronic products, and familiar with Vehicle system architecture;
至少4年车身电子产品设计经验，并熟悉整车系统架构。
3. Comprehensive Knowledge for Vehicle body electronics;
全面的车身电子的知识。
4. Good in English using; good at communication and coordination skill;
很好的英语能力；很好的沟通和协调能力。
5. Possible to travel to other city frequently;
可以经常出差。
6. Familiar with office tool;
熟悉办公软件。
7. Experience in BCM, EMS design is preferred;
具有车身控制器、发动机控制器设计经验者优先。
8. Experience in MKS, Doors is preferred.
具有MKS和DOORS系统使用经验者优先。
9. Open mind and team work spirit.
