职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
Execute agreed marketing campaigns and ensure these are in line with Porsche standards
Define cooperation partners to work with (e.g. events, product placement)
Prepare and present market and target groups studies and surveys
Raise, compile and analyse customer and market data
Using appropriate tools and internal resources to highlight significant trends in market developments
Report directly to the Marketing Manager/General Manager
Assist Marketing Manager/General Manager in new strategies and the execution of these
Forecast budgets together with the Marketing/General Manager
Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche / Porsche China
Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according to Porsche / Porsche China regulations
Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China
Identify attractive market segments for general and specific marketing programs and work on
them using the marketing mix.

Attributes：
Ideally 3 years working experience in the marketing/event area or in a similar position
Bachelor degree preferred
Excellent communication skills in Chinese, fluent in English
Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
Honest and reliable personality
Well-groomed appearance
Self-motivated
Proven decision making ability
Assertiveness & excellent organizational skills
Open minded attitude towards customers, prospects and trends
Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Works well under pressure
Willing to learn and to adapt to change
