职位描述：
Mondragon Shanghai Office now has a position open for a Project Manager. He/She will be joining the Project Team in Shanghai, and will be reporting to the Chief Representative of the Office. The typical projects include market research, JV negotiation, consulting project management for Mondragon internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:
? Consulting Project management and implementation, including market research, development strategy, JV, etc.
? Problem framing, work plan design.
? Team leadership, client communication and management.
? Field research, face-to-face interviews.
? Detailed analysis, interpretation of results, strategy development.
? Report writing, presentation of results
 
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree and above, relevant major.
? Experience in a consulting company or relevant is a must.
? Min 8 years of ‘China business’ experience, min 6 years of consultancy experience in market research, JV support or corporate management.
? Has working experience in foreign company.
? Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Multilingual, including fluent Mandarin and fluent English or Spanish
? Open minded and honest
? Professional and good business sense.
? Initiative, independent, solution driven.
