KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.负责办公文具的订购和费用控制。
Stationeries order and cost control.
2.根据部门及员工的要求，预定火车票，飞机票以及酒店等。
Be responsible for flight tickets and hotel reservation according to staff and customers request。
3.直接上司安排的其它各类事务。
Other tasks assigned by direct superior.

6. KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 任职要求）
1.本科以上学历，行政相关专业,有外资企业工作经验者优先考虑
Above college degree, major in Administration.
2.至少1年以上相关行政工作经验。
At least 1 year relevant working experience as administrator. Experience in wholly owned or JV company is preferred.
3.良好的沟通协调能力
Good communication and coordination ability.
4.良好的团队合作精神
Good team spirit .
4.有一定的英语口语和书面能力, 电脑操作技巧
Basic oral and written English Skill. Basic Computer Skill.
5.诚实且诚信 , 有责任心，做事认真仔细。
