职位描述：
1. 收集整理各个销售和技术的报价单；
2. 拿到客户PO后，做合同并下单给新加坡，后续跟踪，完成空运/海运/DHL进口清关等事宜；
3. 汇总并跟踪全部PO, 包括开票及客户的付款等；
4. 模温机及冷水机的保修事宜；
5. 备件的报价, 发货及库存更新；
6. 协助总经理处理客户的NA事宜；
7. 帮销售及客户翻译以便其与新加坡沟通；
8. 办事处的电话转接及各个办公室的租金等其他费用；
9. 购买公司日用品及办公用品, 维护办公设备/网络/邮箱；
10. 预定公司协议价格的酒店；
11. 展会相关事宜；
12. 公司新员工的招聘；
13. 出纳工作: 管理公司备用金, 负责银行及现金付款, 并制作付款单给财务；
