职位描述：
Marjane Holding is a retailing company, subsidiary of SNI group. The company was founded in 1990 after the opening of the first hypermarket in Rabat. With over 30 million customers annually, Marjane became the first hypermarket chain to succeed in the Morocco, establishing itself as the leader in North Africa.
Marjane Shanghai, the representative Sourcing office in Asia, is looking for Sourcing Assistant that is energized, self-motivated and able to work in an international busy and growing environment.
Mission:
- Management of the relationships with the existing Suppliers and contact suppliers.
- Research of new Suppliers: contacting supplier for quotation, sample sending and follow sourcing projects.
- Different Market Studies and offer new items
- Maintain and update Supplier Databases and order follow up
- Preparation and general organization (Schedule, sourcing Faire, Business Trips and events etc)
- Assisting Manager in meetings: Meeting Minute, Translating files and Interpreting
- Prepare weekly analysis files before weekly meeting with sourcing team, and prepare one recap after meeting to push next actions about delay orders.
- Follow Manager during sourcing business trips and other assignment related to the position arranged by Manager.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree, major in business, marketing
- 1 year working experience
- Fluent in Chinese, Fluent English (Writing/Speaking)
- Open mind and Self-motivated
- Good Communication skills and good team player
- Good Computer skills, especially excel, PPT
- Good Organization skills and detail oriented
- Hard working and able to take multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to do sourcing and price negotiation will be advantage
