1.Coordinate between Customer, Freight Forwarder and Exporter

协调客户，货代以及出口商的工作
2.Organize Freight

处理货运事务
3.Make Shipping Documents
船务资料的制作

4.Open Order Maintenance and weekly Open Order Meetings

跟进订单以及每周参加订单会议
5.Create and Manage Customer Purchase Orders

创建以及管理订单
6.Communicate in English with customers through email and occasional set up phone calls

能用英语直接与国外客人进行书面以及口头交流
7.Communicate in Chinese with exporter and logistics people through email and phone

能用中文与供应商以及货代进行书面以及口头交流
8.Coordinate with Merchandising team about QC, Approval on Shipments, Delays, Any shipping issues

与跟单以及质检人员交流以解决例如船期等任何与订单有关的问题
9.Maintain and coordinate all Payments for Purchase Order

维护以及处理所有订单的付款事宜
