1、深入了解 Amber Road 的所有系统、客户业务方案、内部流程以及组织架构。
2、通过配置、开发和测试客户特定的需求来协助客户实施项目。
3、作为项目需求与内部跨职能小组之间的联络人。
4、执行产品安装与升级
5、为客户和贸易合作伙伴提供从发现问题到解决问题过程中的业务和技术支持。
6、通过案例管理软件,按照服务水平协议来监控、管理和解决客户请求。
7、与平级同事及管理团队有效沟通严重性级别高的问题。
8、分析软件、硬件和网络环境中的问题。
9、提供轮班制的在线技术支持。
10、在Salesforce 和内部 JIRA 工具中提供及时的情况更新和记录。
任职要求:
1、优秀的英文口头和书面沟通技能;
2、教育背景:获得供应链、商务、计算机科学或相关专业学士学位;
3、优秀的客户关系能力及业务分析技能;
4、至少 2-3 年应用程序支持经验;
5、至少 6-8 年基于 Web 应用程序方面的经验;
6、至少 6-8 年关系数据库(最好是 Oracle PL/SQL)方面的经验;
7、至少 1-2 年 Core Java / Java EE 开发经验;
8、拥有技术集成(包括数据交换、应用程序配置以及软件安装)方面的经验;
9、精通UNIX、MS Windows操作环境,精通SQL语言;
10、熟练操作以下软件工具:MS Word、MS Excel、MS PowerPoint 以及 MS Outlook;
11、拥有优秀的客户服务技能,包括直接与客户开展跟进和案例管理。
12、能够适应快节奏、团队合作的环境,积极主动,能够快速做出重要决定。

Job Description/Responsibilities:
1、Maintains in-depth understanding of all Amber Road systems,
customer business scenarios, internal processes and organization structures.
2、Assist in customer implementation projects by configuring, developing, and testing client-specific requirements
3、Acts as liaison between project needs and internal cross-functional teams
4、Perform product installations and upgrades
5、Provides business and technical support to customers and trading partners from issue conception to resolution.
6、Monitors, manages and resolves customer requests via case management software in accordance with service level agreements.
7、Effectively communicates high severity issues to peers and management.
8、Analyzes problems in software, hardware and network environments.
9、Provides on-call technical support on a rotating schedule.
10、Provides timely updates of cases and artifacts in Salesforce and internal JIRA tool.
Qualifications:
1、Native Mandarin Speaking and Written Communication Skills
2、Strong English Speaking and Written Communication Skills
3、Education: BA or BS in supply chain, business, computer science or related field.
4、Strong Customer Relationship Skills
5、Minimum 2-3 years of experience in application support.
6、Minimum 6-8 years of experience with web based applications.
7、Minimum 6-8 years of experience with relational databases – preferably Oracle with PL/SQL experience
8、Minimum 1 – 2 years of core Java / Java EE development experience
9、Experience with technical integration including data exchange, application configuration and software installation.
10、Proficient in the following operating environments: UNIX, MS Windows.
11、Proficient with the following software tools: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
12、Proficient with the following languages: SQL
13、Possess superior customer service skills, including follow-up and case management directly with customers.
14、Strong business analysis skills.
15、Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment and able to take initiative and make important decisions quickly.
16、Ability to work on multiple complex tasks concurrently.
17、Strong written and oral communications skills (including technical writing)
