1.管理并给客户提供各种不同的服务
2.与客户和公司内部保持良好的沟通，使得每个人都知晓广告上线的状态，范围及上线时间的变化，管理客户的期许
3.维护，拓展客户关系，成为客户数字计划中极具价值的成员
4.公司内部保持良好的团队互动关系，每周及时更新客户的动态，且让销售团队知晓额外潜在的商机
5.根据客户的目标要求合理监管广告项目，尽可能提供优化建议了解公司各种产品及运作功能
6.作为团队成员，除日常工作以外，能够灵活地接纳被委派的一些项目和任务
任职资格：
1.本科学历及以上
2.2年以上相关工作经验，或有网络广告投放，客户服务培训经验者优先
3.了解互动媒体，广告业，对新兴技术有所了解
4.对视频广告，广告伺服，动态内容解决方案，富媒体、Flash广告功能有基本了解
5.优异的组织能力、沟通能力（口头及书面）、项目管理能力：能够同时处理多个项目
6.能够独立工作，适应快节奏的工作环境
