职位描述：
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)

· 始终以一种友好而乐于助人的方式欢迎所有的客人并愿意去学习及利用每个 机会称呼客人的姓名

· 根据制定的程序，登记并为所有抵达的客人办理入住手续

· 保持对部门标准与程序的熟知

· 落实登记入住、退房离店及客房更换的程序，确保将所有的数据都完整的输 入预订规定的酒店系统中

· 保持出纳员的票据签发并确保所有所收现金的准确每日报告

· 兑现酒店客人的旅行支票并帮助进行货币兑换

· 了解所有的特别促销和客房价格调整

· 关注客人的投诉、来电、所有的需要与请求，如果无法帮助则将问题提及主 管
· 落实所有可能的事项，确保客人离开酒店时，对酒店的服务留下一个美好的印 象

技能要求

· 会日语优先考虑

与酒店客人、团队成员及公众沟通的交流技巧和能力。

· 基本的计算机应用技能，最好懂第二种语言

· 有兴趣学习另外的语言技巧

· 戒骄戒躁，忠诚守信

· 遵从酒店班次调整
