Job Responsibility:
岗位职责:

1. Maintaining and improving continously company quality management system, planing, organizing and implementing internal QMS audit.In charge of the establishment of the products and parts inspection standard.
维护并持续改善公司质量管理体系，执行内部审核，产品及零件检验标准的建立。
2. Participating in new product projects and the new development of components , formulating quality control plan, and to be responsible for establishment of quality standard parts of product and components in the process
跟踪新产品项目，新零件开发，制定质量控制计划，负责项目过程中产品，零件质量标准的建立。
3. Responsible for the experimental design of key parts, conducting periodic test verification of key parts and components parts.
负责关键零部件的实验设计，定期实施关键零部件零件的测试验证。
4. Responsible for new supplier’s quality audit, daily supplier’s parts quality improvement tracking etc.
负责新供应商的质量审核，日常供应商零件质量改进的跟踪等。
5. Responsible for monthly finished product sampling inspection, supervision and inspection of the quality of the finished product conforms to the product design and quality requirements.
负责每月完成品的抽检，监督检查完成品的质量符合产品设计以及质量要求。

Qualification Requirement:
任职资格:

1. It is better to have the quality engineer's qualification certificate.
有质量工程师资格证书优先。
2. It is necessary to have the ISO9001 quality management system certificate of internal auditor, and have experience of quality system establishment, maintenance.
ISO9001质量体系内部审核员证书， 有质量体系建立，维护的经验
3. Familiar with refrigeration product standards, product testing standards, national and international standards, etc.
熟悉制冷产品的标准，产品测试标准，零部件的国家，国际标准等。
4. Be familiar with project management, project implementation experience is preferred.
5. 熟悉项目计划管理，有项目实施经验者优先。
6. More than 2 years working experience in refrigerantion industry and on-sit inspection and testing, it is better to have experience as a quality engineer.
7. 有制冷企业的现场检验，测试的2年以上的工作经验，质量工程师经验。
8. Familiar with refrigeration equipment testing and the use of various measuring instruments and measurement.
9. 熟悉制冷设备测试的各种计量仪器的使用以及计量。
10. Have enthusiasm for the work, and strong sense of responsibility, steadfast diligent, persistent dedication, good team spirit.
热爱工作，积极肯干，有较强的工作责任感，踏实勤恳，执着敬业，富有团队精神。
11. Fluent in English
英语熟练。
