职位描述：
1. 参与组织和管理项目执行的各个阶段的工作，包括设计、采购、施工和竣工验收；
2. 对整个施工进行有效的安全管理、进度控制、成本控制和质量控制；
3. 与业主方、施工单位、业主委托的其他服务单位及各政府部门进行沟通，使得项目施工符合业主与政府部门的各项要求；
4. 高效的组织所有现场工作，协调现场各承包商的施工活动和各类材料设备的采购与供应；
5. 领导现场技术团队卓有成效的完成各项工作;
6. 熟悉综合布线，安防，数据中心及相关系统;
7. 完成并提供各类重要的报告与文件。
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Organize and manage all phases of project execution including design, procurement, construction and handover;
2. Take overall control of EHS management as well as quality, cost and schedule control,;
3. Communicate and coordinate with client, construction contractors, other service providers and governmental authorities and guarantee the success of project execution;
4. Organize and management of all on site activities, coordinate the construction of all contractors and equipment/material delivery;
5. Lead the project team to fulfill all project management responsibilities;
6. Familiar Cabling System,Security,DataCenter and related system;
7. Prepare and submit weekly report, monthly report etc.


任职资格:
1. 相关专业专科以上学历；
2. 3年以上弱电设计和施工管理经验，1年以上项目管理经验；
3. 持有相关证书者优先；
4. 国际工程项目管理经验者优先；
5. 熟悉本专业的各类设计和施工验收规范；
6. 熟悉招投标技术管理流程，并有成功案例；
7. 良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力,具备服务意识和团队精神；
8. 能够承受较强的工作压力；
9. 良好的英语和计算机能力熟悉AUTOCAD，良好的工作报告能力。
Qualification
1. College degree of civil engineering;
2. 3 years’ experience in design and construction; 1 years as project manager;
3. National certificates is a plus;
4. International project experience is a plus;
5. Familiar with the design and construction inspection code and standards;
6. Familiar with bidding/tendering process;
7. Strong planning capability and Interpersonal skills. Good team player;
8. Can work under pressure;
9. Good command of English and computer skills, AutoCAD good report and presentation capability. 举报 分享
