? Confirm daily plan for cargo receiving in a way to maximize the efficiency of the operation and utilize the facility
        确认每天收货及出货计划
? Receiving and providing relative documents for all parties
        提供相关文件
? Manage documentation flow and information flow
       文件及信息的管理和归档
? Report special cases to team leader, support manager
        及时与主管或仓库支持经理沟通特殊的工作事宜
? Carry out other functions in system
        实现其他系统的任务
? Assist planner to finish the daily inbound & outbound schedule
        协助计划员完成收货及出货计划
? Other support things
        配合生产流程控制员安排的其他协助工作
? Reception of DC visitors & truck drivers
        分拨中心的访客和卡车司机接待工作
? Eexecuting and conducting PI cycle count on a daily basis according to the schedule and UTG stock-take and any other stock-takes when requested
        根据工作进度开展日常的PI循环盘点，并且在工作需求组织管理UTG与其他存货的循环盘点计算
? Outbound gate check dispatch accuracy
        装车门区货物清点保证出货准确性
? Investigating missing pallets and/or excess pallets relating to PI cycle count, UTG stock-take or other stock-takes
       调查研究与循环统计数目有出入的货物，包括缺少的存货与多余的存货
? Implement ad hoc tasks assigned.
        完成其它安排的工作

Knowledge and experiences:

？ Good skill of Microsoft Office
        基本掌握电脑操作系统
？ Numerator, good in mathematics
        对数字敏感
？ Basic English
        基本的英文听说读写能力
？ Good communication skills
        良好的沟通能力
？ Good knowledge about the warehouse operations
        具有良好的仓储运作的相关工作知识
？ Experience as planner or with transportation industry will be a plus
        优先考虑计划员或物流行业的工作经验

The only Low Flow DC in Asia Pacific located in Shanghai Seaport Development Zone of Fengxian District has started operation since Dec.1,2008. With a registered investment over US$270 million, DC Fengxian, covering an area about forty thousand square metres, upon completion, Fengxian DC will be the largest of its kind in Asia Pacific and one of the largest foreign-funded warehouses in China.

Meanwhile, IKEA's only product test laboratory outside Sweden is also established in this location.
