Job Description:
Be willing to thrive in a multicultural environment
Carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the school
Be capable of working on weekdays and weekends
Give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching
Become familiar with the programs and courses of study at the school
Prepare lessons and equipment in advance for all classes
Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site
Develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary
Use audio / video materials in classes as necessary
Begin and end classes on time
Be responsible for students’ welfare and progress
Meet regularly with the school to communicate all relevant information
Attend school events

Job Qualification:
University graduate (at least 2 years since graduation)
Professional development desire
Desire to help in a Chinese based and run company
Plan to stay in China for at least 2 years.
Minimum of 1 year teaching EFL in China
Minimum of 2 years of being in China
Computer literate (MS office, preferably chinese)
Chinese understanding preferable, especially Listening
Knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture
