General Description
- Technical Drawings
- Understanding of MEP drawings
- Construction drawings
- Overseeing construction
- Interdisciplinary work overlaps with concept, text, media, 2D, etc.
- Communication with customers
- Presenting work products to customers, conducting construction meetings

Position Requirements
- Minimum working experience of 5 years
- Chinese mother tongue, must fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work with AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino and SketchUp
- Spatial thinking
- Conceptual empathy
- Organizational skills
- Eloquence and ability to conduct presentations and workshops
- Patient and pro-active work spirit; amiable personality
