3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will setup the team and manage the sales team in Chinese market to achieve the sales target.

创建和管理销售团队,完成中国市场的销售目标


4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


4.1 Lead sales team to achieve annual Sales Targets and ensure implementation of each policy of company

领导销售团队完成销售目标,确保公司各项制度的执行


4.2 Prospect and develop new potential customers.

挖掘和发展新的潜在客户


4.3 Implement sales strategy in the assigned provinces and analysis regional sales roadmap;

在指定的区域实行销售策略分析区域销售目标


4.4 Contract management and leadership of contract negotiations.

合同的管理和洽谈


4.5 Identify and develop the right sales channel for the market.

为市场确定和发展正确的销售渠道


4.6 Follow up with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction of purchases and resolve concerns.

4.7 Other duties as assigned.

5.0 REQUIREMENTS:

5.1 University degree in business, marketing, engineering, or science

本科以上学历,商务、市场、工程、科技类相关专业


5.2 5 years sales experience in the IT/Data Center related industry. Knowledge of power products an added advantage. Strong technical aptitude and experience selling technical products

5年以上IT 或者数据中心行业销售经验。有电源类产品知识的优先考虑。拥有很强的销售技术产品的能力和经验


5.3 Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

流行的英文听说读写能力

5.4 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
