Overview
This individual will support the China Logistics Supervisor by performing a variety of administrative and support activities, as assigned. The Coordinator may also be trained to support inventory movements into the local 3PL depot and movement of Service Inventory from the 3PL depot in support of Customer and Field Service requirements. In addition, this position may support the Customer Return Materials process along with any associated administrative paperwork.
The position reports to the China Logistics Supervisor
Responsibilities
Initial duties of the position:
? Collect and Coordinate Proof of Delivery receipts
? Update the tracking# into SAP for finance daily billing
? Update the POD for DDP term billable event for finance issue billing invoice
? Follow up if the 3rd parts POD information in correct
? Make the sure the information is correct and in a daily base.
 
? Prepare import duty PR for finance wire payment.
o Collect the duty paper from agent and pass to finance to do setoff on time
o Check the duty paper in correct before submit for approval
o Work with finance to make sure the band account have enough money to wire the duty
o Update duty paper number into WL2 to keep the tracking correct
 
? Prepare the logistic fee
? Prepare the logics fee like warehouse fee, 3rd party transport fee
 
? Paper work filing for logics
? Update the support documents for SAP transaction
? Filing the tax-exemption application form in a good order
 Might also include training to support any of the following:
? Veeco Logistics processes, including Warehouse Controls, In-Country Repairs (RMA) process activities and Out-Bound Delivery
? SAP transactions used in support of Veeco Logistics processes
? Assist in the administrative work in support of Customer RMA inventory movements thru the 3PL depots and perform the transactions which support execution of local, in-country repair process, or disposition to scrap for customer (RMA) materials
? Participate in the Annual Physical Inventory at the local 3PL Depot
Qualifications
? College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline, or a minimum 1 years’ experience in a Logistics/Service capacity
 
? A quick learner and good team player, self-driven with ability to work in a demanding role and meet tight deadlines
 
? Must be detail-oriented, possessing strong written and oral communication skills; strong analytical skills 举报 分享
