职位描述：
Job Description:
- Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers, and other purchasing influences in the commercial market industry
- Participate in account marketing activities and industry trade events if required
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce them to De Castelli
- Manage the bid negotiations, coordination and preparation of quotation / tender documents


Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (or above) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or business related disciplines
- Over 5 years’ sales experience and a minimum of 3 years leadership experience in related business
- Good understanding of branding, sales approach of premium products
- Possess strong self-motivation and determination
- Able to work independently, team player with a positive and flexible working attitude
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent presentation and proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (oral and writing)
