职位描述：
Primary requirements include:
1. At least 5-year experience in lighting manufacturing business
2. Mechanical and electronic R&D experience in indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures
3. Experience in photology, or 3D/AutoCAD design, or Mechanical construction/Metal/Tooling is preferable
4. Hands on mentality and sense for urgency
5. Ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines
6. Experience with different manufacturing technologies
7. Experience in using ERP systems and product database systems
8. Ability to work in an multicultural environment
9. Fluent in oral and writing English and Chinese
10. Good communication skills
11. Skilled in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)

Primary job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Supporting headquarter in launching new products at suppliers in Asia (mainly China)
2. Communication with suppliers on technical issues (i.e. manufacturing technologies, material selection, surface treatments, conformation of lighting standards for Europe and USA, etc…)
3. Visiting suppliers on site and providing improvement suggestions in order to reduce the “time to market” for the new products
4. Willingness to travel 50% of working time
5. Working closely with quality department and the suppliers
