Main Job Description
Achieve sales target, develop sales business.
Overall management of the distributors in China, stay in good communication.
Build productive and profitable working relationships with Distributors.
Ensure that all Distributors actively update pipeline minimum of 3 months’ out
Ensure all distributors meet sales objectives. Terminate relationships with unsuccessful ones
Provide product and technical support to Distributors.
Develop competency and qualification plans for Distributors.
Ensure that all Distributors develop business strategies for lead generation.
Develop business plan to improve sales and profitability.
Coordinate with Distributors to prioritize, plan and manage business activities.
Review and revise business plans based on Zemax needs
Evaluate/Approve the effectiveness of Distributors Marketing/Sales plans and recommend improvements.
Monitor Distributors actively pipeline review and management activities.
Oversee Distributor rewards and recognition programs.
Organize Distributor meetings and training.
Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities
Job Experience
More than three-year experience in sales, over one-year distributor management experience.
Bachelor degree or above.
Master of English, able to work and communicate with US colleges.
Experience in telesales or software sales as a priority.
Main Skills
Sales, business negotiation and persuasiveness.
Language, outstanding English.
Computer, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales pipeline.

Positive and aggressive
Mandarin, personal image
Faithful, reliable, worth trusting
Welfare
Monthly salary: above 15,000 RMB
Year-end bonus + 15days fixed vacation + part of US holiday + oversee travelling + training from US headquarter
