职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 . 负责工程部的日常管理工作，按计划组织实施项目的工程建设。
2 . 对项目的工程建设进行全面管理，过程监督，保证按进度、按质量、控成本完成项目任务。
3. 参与图纸会审、报价会审，工程施工组织设计及重大施工方案的讨论和审定，协助处理和解决设计、施工、质量、验收等环节现的技术问题。
4 .做好工程部对外的联络、交往，负责协调处理好政府部门及物业管理处的关系，维护良好的建设环境，负责处理现场突发的重大问题。
5. 定期对工程进行检查、抽查，及时了解、发现处理问题，督促、指导好工程管理，并及时向上级汇报。
6. 积极协调处理好客户关系。

岗位能力描述：
1.电气、自动化控制及相关专业大专以上学历；
2.能熟练运用CAD设计 ，熟悉建筑智能化系统弱电设计施工，具备弱电智能化专业知识；
3.具有三年以上相关工作经验，能独立完成弱电项目实施及竣工验收，有注册建造师资格证书、中高级职称者优先；
4.具备现场与业主、总包及分包单位工作协调，能对项目实施进行进度、质量、成本控制；
5.具备项目施工成本预算能力及施工分包管理能力；
6. 有团队合作精神，责任心强。
