岗位职责:
1、组织制定公司人事规章制度,并督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。
2、组织设计和完善公司的组织结构,合理有效配置人力资源。
3 、进行人力资源开发,制定员工职业生涯规划和人才梯队计划。
4、 负责人员招聘,通过多种渠道为公司寻求合适的人才。
5、负责制定公司培训计划,组织人员参加培训,评估培训效果。
6、 负责组织实施绩效考核,统计考核结果。
7、负责核定各岗位的工资标准,编制年度薪资调整方案,核算每月员工的工资。
8、 负责代表公司与员工签订劳动合同及其保管工作。
9、负责社会保险及商业保险的办理。
10、负责协调公司与政府及其他单位对口部门的关系。
任职资格:
1、在人员招募、引进、培训开发及员工考核、激励等方面有实际操作能力;
2、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识,沟通领悟能力强;
3、工作细致认真,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养;
4、熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规,熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式;
5、具有较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力;
6、有强烈的责任感及敬业精神,能承受较大的工作压力;
Responsibilities:

Qualification:
1, in the recruitment, introduction, development and training of staff appraisal, incentives have practical skills;
2, with excellent written, verbal skills, a strong affinity and sense of service, communication and ability to comprehend;
3, careful and meticulous work, principled, good execution and professionalism;
Familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations, be familiar with human resource management workflow and operation;
5, with a strong resilience and internal and external communication skills;
6, there is a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to work under pressure;
