职位描述：
SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for reviewing, interpreting and processing both Customer inquiry and orders. Manages all the orders following Crane standard procedures. Ensues all the projects are executed on time and at the same time meet customer satisfaction standard set by Crane.


PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Manages and coaches current distributors based on company regional and the distributors selling strategy.
? Collects new project information on assigned territories, analyzes the project opportunities and identifies key project.
? Updates key project status, including but not limited to budget, schedule and customer’s key challenges against phase review objectives in GPT/GPM. (Global Project Tracker/Global Project Management System)
? Maintains and develops customer relationship
? Prepares project budget quotation and formal bidding by working closely with Inside Sales team and Application Specialist.
? Working closely with Inside Sales team and Application Specialist to fulfill technical agreement and commercial negotiation.
? Takes an active part in various business activities of the company with team spirit. Timely reflects the feedback and information from market and makes reasonable suggestions to Area/Regional Sales Managers
? Prepares and maintains required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, correspondence, etc.
? Any other relevant project sales duties on ad hoc


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

? At least three years proven (successful) project sales/key account sales working experience related vertical industry.
? Outstanding and competitive knowledge of industry process application, valve technical background is a plus.
? Strong communication and negotiation capability.
? Excellent team work spirit
? Good inter-personal communication skills
