职位描述：
Responsibilities:
In charge of Employee Relationship cross China, and implement office administrative management in the Guangzhou office, providing HR and Administration support for the company’s operation and development.

A.HR: Employee Relationship
1. Provide support for the establishment of a complete system of HR;
2. Be responsible for new employees on boarding, employment contract management, termination procedures, and employees’ identifying papers.
3. Be responsible for monthly employee attendance record management;
4. Be responsible for employee data maintenance management, and provide accurate China information to the global.
5. Provide HR support on other HR functions including Compensation& Welfare/ Performance Management / Training, etc.
6. Orientation training.
7. Recruitment & Retention.

B. Administrative management
1. In charge of the company’s stationaries’ production including business cards, envelope and tape to ensure them meet the Brand standard.
2. In charge of Guangzhou office administrative management, including environment maintenance, Stationery, Access cards, etc. to keep Guangzhou Office operating efficiently.
3. Work with Receptionist on the visitor reception, and provide Admin support on visa application, air-ticket booking and hotel booking
4. Be responsible for organizing team building activities in Guangzhou office, to establish and maintain team work spirit.

SKILLS
Proven skills in Excel/Word/PPT, Photoshop is a pre.
Being well organized and detail oriented
Create procedures, policies and processes
Excellent in inter-personal relations and manage personal issues

REQUIREMENTS
HR Background and 3-5 years experience
Proficiency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken
Excellent organization skills / Document archiving
Open-minded and willing to explore new ideas
Clear understanding of luxury and premium branding
Vision and open-mind
No 9-5 mentality
Able to work in Pazhou
Experience in creative business or advertisement.
