职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional administrative support to sales director to ensure the operation are in efficient and accurate manner
2. Coordinate and communicate with internal cross-function departments for the issues assigned by Sales Director.
3. Assist Sales Director to have good and efficient internal communication and administration management of sale team, especially for those related to regional managers.
4. Coordinate and facilitate various meetings/sales convention/key customer activity/team building to ensure all details are in line with the requests, including necessary travel, accommodations etc.
5. Follow up the issues assigned by Sales Director.
6. Assist regional managers to deal with daily paper work and administration affairs.

Requirements:
1. University graduate, bachelor degree
2. Major in marketing/sales/administration/operation is preferred.
3. At least 2 years related experience in MNC
4. Experience of marketing support/sales admin/customer service/administrative assistant is preferred
5. Experience in multinational company is preferred
6. Good English in reading, speaking and writing
7. Open, pleasant and easy-going personality
8. Familiar with computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office, especially for Excel and PPT 举报 分享
