ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
1.Responsible for promoting Key Resin products and generating sales
2.Call on and develop business relationships with current and various prospective customers with focus on architectural / engineering firms, facility owners, key accounts, and general contractors
3.Prepare and maintain correspondence and quotes; closely work with qualified contractors to bid projects
4.Conduct product training and application demonstrations; provide technical service and jobsite support to contractors and key accounts
5.Keep accurate customer and project files on computer database, update, and report to the supervisor and corporate office timely
6.Coordinate and participate in tradeshow and other association meetings as required
7.Miscellaneous duties assigned by supervisor and / or corporate office
8.Schedule and plan on weekly basis; provide written and verbal reports to the supervisor periodically
9.Submit weekly expense reports no less frequently than once per month.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.College degree or equivalent education background.
2.Minimum 3 years sales / technical service experience in resinous flooring industry or construction field
3.Self-motivated with ability to work independently; ambitious; disciplined
4.Strategic planner and results-oriented
5.Excellent communicator; customer satisfaction mentality
6.Effective problem solver who excels under pressure
7.Travel 50-70% of time
8.Willing to be hands-on; lift up to 30 KG occasionally
9.Mandarin Chinese and English bilingual preferred
