主要工作目标: 负责公司产品和服务的销售。 通过有效的工作计划，使得公司的业绩持续增长。确定目标，策略和计划来提升公司短期和长期的销售业绩。
主要职责：
? 和高级销售经理一起为公司建立和推荐最实际的销售目标；
? 与客户保持直接和持续的良好关系；
? 和高级销售经理一起对大客户进行销售活动，谈判价格和优惠条件；
? 协助高级销售经理，研究销售策略，增加销售份额；
? 协助销售经理，对销售活动和展会进行预算和控制；
? 主持参加销售部会议；
? 向高级销售经理汇报；

任职资格:
? 熟悉办公软件，能够搜索信息
? 具有很强的交流，展示和谈判技巧
? 能够独立工作，有很强的自我约束力
? 熟悉国内贸易常识
? 能够解决工作中出现的冲突和问题。
? 能够激励销售团队
? 具有开发市场和销售策略的经验，能够清楚销售业绩和市场趋势
? 具有较强的综合能力，清楚工作重点
? 值得信任，适应能力强，能够合理安排时间，需要时可出差。
? 市场贸易相关专业最好。至少2年相关工作经验或者有销售培训经历；或有良好成绩和相关经验
? 有驾驶证

Our Mission is to create a Local production for the Chinese market, bringing the “Made in Italy” Quality and Design inside Elevators.
LOCATION: No. 188 Fengye Road, Baoshan Industrial Zone, Baoshan District, Shanghai
DURATION: from August , 2016
ROLE: Sales
GENERAL SUMMARY: Manages sales of the company’s products and services.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
FUNCTIONS:
? Collaborates with Sales Senior in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
? Keep a direct and costant Relationship with Customer
? Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales Senior.
? Collaborates with Sales Senior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
? Collaborates with Sales Senior to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
? Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
? Reports directly to Sales and Marketing Senior.
QUALIFICATIONS :
? Office package and the main informatics tools knowledge
? Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
? Ability to work independently and in a self-managed way
? Attitude to deal with Chinese Environment
? Proficiency in conflict management and problem-solving
? Proven ability to motivate the sales team
? Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies, to interpret sales performance and market trend information
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize
? Open-minded mentality, Initiative and Proactivity
? Reliability and availability, at a personal level, to flexible schedule and possible travel
? A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 2 years of related experience or training in Sales sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
? A valid driver’s license
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT:Very fluent English/Chinese both written and spoken
