职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责招聘工作，应聘人员的预约，接待及面试;
2、员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理;
3、公司内部员工档案的建立与管理并统计编制各类人事统计表
4、每月及时办理员工社保增减员，整理社保缴费明细；
5、执行各项公司规章制度，处理员工奖惩事宜；
6、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达;
7、收集整理各部门的培训计划，并对计划与组织过程进行建议或指导；
8、负责部门一些日常行政事务，配合部门经理做好行政人事方面的工作。

任职要求：
1、 人力资源、管理或相关专业专科及以上学历；
2、 1年以上行政人事相关工作经验；
3、 思维逻辑性需清晰，有一定的判断能力；
4、 具有一定的协调能力、公关能力；
