职位描述：
Design Quality Engineer

Responsibility
1) Be responsible for new product development quality plan;
2) In development phase, be responsible for part/product status tracking, draw up quality plans to control and improve part/product quality, keep related files be updated timely.
3) Tracking the DV/PV testing status, support to analysis with project team for the NG results, tracking the improvement action result to close the issue.
4) Dealing with the non-conforming part/product, tracking the improvement schedule.
5) Prepare PPAP document, support customer release;
6) Collaborate closely with team member and keep making continuous improvement on quality system;
7) In project development phase, be responsible for customers quality issues, 8D report preparing.
8) Support the program manager to prepare the quality phase review, assess the relevant risks and alert to PM in different project phase.

Requirements
1) 2 years as design quality engineer experience, in automotive area is preferred.
2) Preventative attitude and quick response；
    3) Good communication and negotiation skill， as well as team work;
4) Understanding of engineering techniques, troubleshooting experience,
5) Fluent oral and written English.





设计质量工程师
职位描述：
1) 负责规划新产品开发质量管控计划；
2) 项目开发初期，负责追踪零件/产品的状态，起草质量控制计划提高产品质量水平,保持相关文件的及时更新；
3) 跟踪产品的设计验证及产品验证的实验结果，与项目团队一起讨论相关改善计划，并追踪相关改善计划的验证结果，直至问题关闭。
4) 负责处理不符合要求的零件/产品，追踪改善计划；
5) 负责准备PPAP文件， 支持客户端PPAP的认可；
6) 与项目团队配合来确保零件的质量持续提高；
7) 在项目开发初期，负责客户的质量抱怨，并及时提交8D报告；
8) 协助和项目经理审查项目每个阶段的问题点，评估相关的问题风险；

任职要求：
1） 有2年以上的开发前期质量管理经验，汽车行业优先；
2） 有一定的问题预防意识，且能快速反应；
3） 良好的沟通与协调能力及团队合作意识；
4） 有一定的机械结构知识,良好的解决问题能力；
