Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years sourcing experience for China Market with multinational company;
- Work experience in sourcing position (US WOFE or experience with multinational company is preferred);
- Broad knowledge of vendors for stainless steel, sheet metal in China as well as manufacturing experience;
- To establish material control process and site management system, prepare procurement plan for the project and implement such plan after obtaining approval from project manager.
- Able to work independently, experience in sourcing new products based on technical specification and target price from headquarter and 1st sample development until mass production;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Willingness to travel within China;
- Systematic working style and quick feedback to US headquarter for new products sourcing;
- Strong personality with pro-active working attitude and good communication skills;
-multi-tasking skills are very important to work on sourcing many products at the same time
- Well organized, detail-oriented and responsible;
- Excellent English skills;
- Good computer skills (MS Office and ERP);

Main Responsibility:
- Analyze and follow the new product sourcing list from US headquarter;
- Identify, research, evaluate and select suppliers that meet the target prices, technical specifications, MOQ, on-time shipment, payment terms, etc;
- Negotiate price to ensure our best buying price;
- Maintain an excellent relationship with all our potential suppliers;
- Help the US headquarter in developing new products;
