职位描述：
工作职责：
负责一个生产区域的顺利进行和班组员工的调配管理。

1. 管理一个生产区域的生产，确保符合工艺规范和质量标准与设备操作规范.

2. 确保所管理生产的操作员已通过本岗位资质认证（工艺支持）,并完成所有多技能培训.

3. 确保最大产能和高的生产效率，及时向主管汇报人员/物料/设备等问题.

4. 协调各产线之间的产能和人员平衡，确保整个区域内最合理的资源配置，从而获得最优化的效率

5. 根据公司相关规章制度和劳动纪律，进行人员管理。

6 主管安排的其他事项


任职要求

1. 中技或高中以上学历
2. 三年以上相关工作经验（有喷漆厂经验者优先）
3. 熟悉质量体系、EHS体系和5S
4. 良好的沟通技巧
