职位描述:
1. Sales performance
1) Achieve X+1/Target plans (in line with regional OGSM);
2) Key Account Management;
3) Payment collection;
4) Deliver total customer satisfaction;
5) Prepares X+1 and regular forecasts;
Communicate clearly the USP and the added value Bekaert can create for the customer's business.

2. Distributor management
1) Channel management in designated region;
2) Distributor training and oversight.

3. Application support and product knowledge
1) Deliver application knowledge to distributors and users;
2) Provide technical support as needed on site;
3) Build up in depth knowledge of the own product portfolio, the customer's product portfolio and production processes and future business plans;
4) Follow up customer complaints to ensure optimal solutions for both the customer and Bekaert.

4. New business development
1) Boost sales in target markets;
2) Identify potential new market opportunities for China sales
3) Prepares the development of new customers and new generation product portfolio.

5. Marketing intelligence
1) Collect and analyze market information, such as customers, competitors and industry trends
2) Study target market;
3) Assist the marketing dept. on market survey
4) Report all relevant information in customer profile reports, competitor reports, visit reports.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Education: University bachelor, major in engineering or technical field; 2. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in B to B sales; experience in developing new markets; Distributor management experience +;
3. Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English, preferred candidate needs to speak Cantonese;
4. Willing to work under pressure;
5. Willing to Travel: 75% of working time;
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills;
7. Strong team spirit, entrepreneurial, innovative, pragmatic and results oriented.
