职位描述：
? Directs the overall efforts of the semiconductor materials product development team, as well as all semiconductor product-line focused product development teams
? Responsible for the delivery of sales from new products for the semiconductor packaging business
? Maintains and optimizes the innovation portfolio for the semiconductor packaging business
? Provides technical support for mergers and acquisitions activities concerning semiconductor packaging
? Establishes and implements and technical strategy aligned with the steering unit business strategy for semiconductor packaging
? Develops the product and technology roadmap for adhesive electronics semiconductor
? Advances the state of the art in materials science and polymer chemistry to address the changing dynamics of the semiconductor assembly market
? Assures all product development & engineering laboratory work is carried out in a safe, responsible manner and that those products and processes comply with all federal and state regulatory agencies. Establishes best practices in terms of safety, 5S(Sorting, Simplifying, Systematic Cleaning, Standardizing, Sustaining )and experimentation
? Oversees and manages intellectual property activities and provides guidance and recommendations on patents, trademarks and proprietary agreements regarding semiconductor materials
 
职位要求：
? Master’s degree in Chemical related field
? Minimum of ten (10) years working experiences in Semiconductor Packaging related industry
