职位描述：
Objectives
Following an evaluation of the status of regulatory sciences (toxicology, consumer safety, environmental fate and ecotoxicology) in Asia within Group APAC

Main Tasks
Develop strategies to ensure smooth and successful registrations in China
Monitor government practices and policies regarding local toxicological data requirements, study protocols and risk assessment approaches, and communicate to the larger organization
Stay in contact with the global toxicologist network in Group (Lu, RTP ,Brazil)
Develop strategies to ensure smooth and successful registrations in China and other APAC countries
Support of business units/Agriculture Plant product stewardship activities
Influential participation in industry associations (CropLife Asia and country associations) and regulatory expert groups, for advocating and participating in the development of sound local pesticide evaluation schemes, including toxicological risk assessment approaches
Provide training to local staff in China and other APAC countries to enhance understanding of toxicology and risk assessment principles

Requirements
PhD with at least 3 years of experience, or a master of Sciences degree with at least 8 years of experience in an appropriate discipline, PhD level graduate with a background in toxicology, biochemistry, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, food chemistry, medicine, or veterinary medicine would be an advantage.
A specialist in mammalian toxicology with experience and a relevant industry background. Significant experience in registration of chemicals or agrochemicals would be an advantage.
