职位描述：
工作职责：
1、从公司基层岗位做起，了解、熟悉公司各岗位不同业务类型及技能要求；
2、参加公司组织的各项知识技能和管理培训；
3、销售、市场、运营等各岗位轮岗实习。

任职要求：
1.较强的服务意识，熟练使用电脑办公软件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint等）
2.具备较好的工作坚韧性，适应能力及学习能力；
3.工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚
职位说明：
管理培训生项目针对的是优秀的应届毕业生或者刚毕业的优秀人才，被选中的培训生将在不同的岗位进行轮岗以帮助对公司业务有深入的了解，最终当培训生的表现评估被认可后，我们将根据他们的表现从不同部门中指派一个特定的岗位。该管理培训生将直接由公司各部门总经理指导工作，使其能够快速成长。

Position description:
Management trainee programme is aimed at excellent fresh graduate or graduate talent, the selected trainees will be rotating in different positions to help the business to the company has a deep understanding of, when the performance assessment of the trainee eventually after approved, we will be according to their performance from the various departments assigned to a specific position.
