1. Managing target region new business/new projects development, follow and implement the Business strategies.
- Understand target accounts' background, the business background, market positioning, finance performance
- Use customer/market inputs to influence and shape Bekaert's strategy.
- Leverage the cross functions resource, and lead the relevant resource to implement the development projects.
2. Work out the business development plan in selected territory, and deliver the results
- Work out the customer map, like whole business size, value chain information, whole competition, etc.
- Use solution selling approach customer/market inputs to influence and shape BK's strategies.
- Map out the decision making process for each targets, and figure out the real needs for each customer
- Work out the feasible action plan for each target, and implement it.
3. Manages all dimensions of business growth in line with business strategy.
- Manage a broad portfolio of new business/projects opportunities
- Introduce new products to market, finding new applications for existing products and bringing new ideas for innovation
- Maximize the Bekaert's value, by customers' understanding, total solution offering, sproducts mix, etc.
4. Marketing support activities
- Own market intelligence, from products to industry in target territory
- Competition understanding through customers' side
- Business understanding from value chain of customers, like suppliers, end users, channels
- Cooperate with commercial functions of customers, figure out the market trends, opportunities, the real needs of end market.
5. AR management
6. Fulfill daily work
- Fulfil M+3 daily;
- Price quotation and contract filing;
- Monthly report on time submits;
- Need to complete the key customer visit report (with key information)
- Assist Marketing to complete the related customer survey
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. 3 years working experiences and 2 years or above sales and marketing experience, chemical industry or rubber industry background preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, machine, material science, metal heat treatment, chemistry or other related majors preferred.
3. Fluent English in writing and speaking.
4. Intrinsic result driven;
5. Strong customer oriented thinking and action;
6. Sound knowledge of commercial management principles and understanding;
7. Fast learning competency;
8. Good communication and listening skills;
9. Self-motivated, initiative, good team player who can work independently meanwhile;
10. Willing to travel and sound mobility;
11. Integrity, stick to commitment.
